LONGi Magnet Co., Ltd is a highly technical company that has been instrumental in helping create both the industry and national standards. LONGi is the Vice Chairperson of the China Heavy Machinery Association Washing Branch and the current Director of the. LONGi has over 1,000 full time employees and it's factories encompass over 250,000 meters squared. LONGi has had the highest volume of sales in the industry for multiple years. LONGi runs the Mechanical Industry Magnetic Separation Engineering Technology Research Center that was approved by both the Liaoning Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and the China Machinery Industry Federation.

WHIMS        

LONGi's Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separators (WHIMS) beneficiate a wide variety of mineral and ore types by use of a combination of a highly magnetic field, pulsation of the slurry and gravity in a very effective manner.

Automatic Magnetic Floatation Separators 

LONGi's Automatic Magnetic Floatation Separators has been found to be able to regularly upgrade the grade of, some concentrates, by a factor of 2-9% greatly upgrading the quality of the end product. This makes for a highly efficient and inexpensive way to upgrade your ferrous ore.

Wet Drum Separators

LONGi's LIMS and MIMS are extensively used for such things as recovering heavy media, upgrading iron ore, cleaning slurries, the recovery of slag, protecting downstream equipment and preventing the jamming of other equipment among many other usages.

Eddy Current Separators

LONGi's EDC's separates the higher valued conductive metals from less expensive nonconductive nonmetallic materials. They are used in MURFs, Escrap lines, plastic recycling, incinerator ash and other applications.

Suspended Crossbelts

LONGi's crossbelt separators can be either electromagnetic or permanent. The electromagnetic style has integrated a very advanced coil design that was created to be fitting to many different types of working environments.

Manually Cleaned Suspended Electromagnet Separator

LONGi's manually cleaned suspended electromagnet separators are used at locations where there they are needed to remove less, but, larger pieces from a deep burden depth such as places like coal transport facilities and places that handle crushed concrete for example.
